Our Chef
With 20 years of experience in different kitchens, I came to Ozu, my home now, to capture, together with the team of people who accompanies me, an innovative menu with oriental dishes and Peruvian ingredients, making a quite peculiar and exquisite combination for the taste of our diners. Nature provides us with ingredients that when they reach our hands (artisan hands, in my interpretation of cooking), we put them together and transform them into unique pieces of art for the palate. Our Plates
Located in Surco district, a beautiful and cozy restaurant where you can live a tasty gastronomic experience. We offer the best of Nikkei and Thai cuisine to share with whoever you want and we take care of constantly innovating in the creation of new dishes and flavors, using Peruvian inputs and oriental techniques. They will surprise you! Now, you can find everything from the classic sashimi, nigiris, tnt and makis to Peruvian tiraditos with Nikkei touches. You can order all of these to savor at home.
